School Amphitheatre and Slide, Glasgow

Design, manufacture and installation of a playground feature for a new primary school within a new housing development on the edge of Glasgow. The design concept came from the architect of the new very organic school and it mirrored the shape of the corner of the building. We then turned this into something that we could make. The project was developed with Timberplay Scotland, and features climbing holds and a slide from their range. Frame made from Douglas Fir, with grip strip decking and steambent oak around the curves.
