Handspring has been awarded £8k by the South Yorkshire Forest Partnership Forestry Resources programme for a 'core' development project. A series of stunning steam-bent indoor and outdoor lighting features are currently being prototyped. Inspired by the central core of the Apple Shelter, the larger 'core' lights equipped with solar lighting will enhance both public spaces and private gardens, while the smaller versions will enable people to bring Handspring's trademark curves into their living rooms for the first time.
